Most participants choose to come the day before. The team of organizers and instructors will be here and you are welcome to hang out with us.

This day is made as a start-up for all ESG participants but we welcome everyone to come and listen. ESG participants have priority to ground handling practice. This is a great day to prepare you for your course and maximize your time and development.

9:30 Kite theory indoors, approx 1 hour
10:30 Speedride theory indoors, approx 1 hour

11:30 Lunch (not included).

13:30 Kite and speedride practical handling, approx 2 hours
17:00 Mountain safety and knowledge. Avalanche equipment use, how to understand the risk of avalanches, rescue procedures and more.


18:00 Dinner (Included if pre booked)

09:00 Courses/activities starts at our conference room for snowklite and speedride, if your instructor hasn’t informed you something else.

20:00 Skydive Eve with Amos Hedberg, chairman of the Swedish Skydive Federation, in the lead. He will introduce the sport and give information about how to start to skydive. The vary of sports within skydiving is more than most people know of. You will also meet tandem pilot Magnus Persson, he will show how a tandem jump is done.

20:00 Hydro foiling with Sebo Fors. What it is and how it works. Sebo is an adventurer and pro athlete who wanna share some cool stuff. It will for sure be inspiring!

On Saturday 19:00 we have a closing three course dinner with all participants. Showing videos and photos of the week.

Before lunch we can use this time as spare if the courses in snowkite and speedriding are not completed. ESG closes at 12 am. Most of the crew will leave with the Sunday lunch flight. Other activities will be possible to do, such as top touring and snowmobile touring as they are handled by local companies. A few from the ESG crew will stay a couple of days to pack up and close the conference room etc.
