SUNDAY

Most participants choose to come the day before. The team of organizers and instructors will be here and you are welcome to hang out with us. Our conference room at Hemavan Högfjällshotell will be open as lounge and for information.

THE WEEK PLAN

Since we’re highly depended on the right weather for the right sport we have to adapt every day due to the weather conditions. The good thing is that in low winds we speedride and in strong winds we kite. When winds in the middle we can do both. When snowing we can do ground handling and if really tricky weather we do theory and can add extra lectures. You won’t be bored!

All days looks like this:

08:00 Breakfast
09:00 We meet our conference room Tärnarummet, check the weather and we decide where to go.
18:00 Dinner
19:30 Lecture or theory. This may vary through the years depending on the bookings and planned sports.

* Lunch is on your own responsibility. When in the slopes it’s easy access to restaurants, cafés, hotel etc. But out on a trip to other spots you need to plan for lunch, snacks and water.

Sunday. Before lunch we can use this time as spare if the courses in snowkite and speedriding are not completed. ESG closes at 12 am. Most of the crew will leave with the Sunday lunch flight. Other activities will be possible to do, such as top touring and snowmobile touring as they are handled by local companies.
